Circular fabric compensator

A circular fabric compensator is a non-metallic compensation device specifically designed to absorb axial, lateral, or angular displacements in circular piping systems. It is usually composed of multiple layers of non-metallic materials with different functions, which can effectively solve the problems of pipeline compensation for high temperature, high pressure, corrosive medium and large displacement, and at the same time can play a role in isolating noise and vibration.

Key Components

  • Inner material: Usually high temperature, corrosion-resistant fibrous fabrics, such as aluminum silicate fibers, glass fibers or ceramic fibers, used to directly contact the medium and resist high temperatures.

  • Intermediate layer material: Composed of a variety of fabrics and coatings, such as PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene), silicone, rubber, etc., to increase the flexibility and sealing of the compensator.

  • Outer layer material: A protective layer, usually a wear-resistant, weather-resistant fabric, such as PTFE-coated fiberglass cloth, to resist the influence of the external environment and mechanical damage.

  • reinforcing layer: In some designs, wire mesh or metal frames are also incorporated as supports for added strength and stability.

Circular fabric compensator is widely used in high-temperature flue gas, steam, dust, acid-alkali medium and other pipeline systems in electric power, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, cement, environmental protection and other industries, especially suitable for large boilers, hot air ducts, flues, dust removal systems and fan inlet and outlet.
